Global Fit package

Is there a package somewhere that I haven't found yet that will allow me to globally fit some Gaussians to multiple datasets?

You titled your post "Global Fit package", so I guess you already know about Igor's Global Fit Package. What does it not do that you need?
Perhaps you don't need Global Fit; maybe you need Multipeak Fit?
