Listbox controls
Hello,
I have been trying to figure out how to better control how content in listbox is displayed. With these really long names in Igor 8+ it is impossible to have Listbox which will fit the widths of items as they are bit unpredictable. I thought that we have more control how the text is displayed, but I cannot find it in the manual. May be I do not understand the descriptions enough.
Can we display text so end of string is visible (right aligned)?
Can font size be dynamically scaled, so the whole string is visible? I understand that special={0,0,1 } will dynamically change width of the column, but that kind of scales the other thing ;-)
Is there way to display start and end of a string and replace middle by "..."?

Nothing builtin. But use that, it's called eliding, and then put the full text in the helpWave.
