averaging 2 time series and 2 data series

I am a new user in igor . Actually , I WANT FUNCTION TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM; may u help me as soon as possible.
I have 2 different concentration for comp1 & 2 series with different times series 1 & 2 both are coming from 2 different instruments . My question is i want to find function to average the both times every 2 hrs qnd give me one time series and to average also the concentration with respect to the averaged time series( new time). which can help me to plot the same time axis as X-Axis after averaging both and 2 y axis include 2 different concentrations ( average concentration) to compare the sensitivity of both instruments for specific components.

In Igor 6.3 you can do this by plotting y vs x for both data sets. Then use Waves Average found in Analysis>Statistics>Waves Average. You can't specify the time interval but it will make a nice average of your data. You repeat this process for the other concentration, but give the Average a new name, otherwise it will be overwritten and then you can plot the two averages.
