How to shift the data points down a row in a table?

Hi

I have a table with data points laying over 5 columns and 7 rows (from 0 to 6).

I now need to insert a blank row for some new data at the top so the old data points would be displayed from rows '1' to '7' with row '0' left blank for adding the new data points in.

In the table select the data in row 0 (just the waves, not the row title), then context-click (right-click) and you will get a popup menu. Select "Insert Points...". It should be obvious from here.
You can also get the "Insert Points..." option from the Data menu.
