I found only two old posts on igorechange addressing inverse laplace transforms.

Is there no interest, or simply no way forward?

Are there any igor tools for NMR analysis available? (the following has apparently expired: https://www.wavemetrics.com/users/tools_NMR.htm )

I have revised the links for the NMR Package.

I note that the package includes both procedures and XOPs that were written when Igor 3.0 was the current version.

The Macintosh XOPs run only on a Power PC machine; most modern (Intel) Macs will not run them unless "Rosetta" is installed, typically earlier than OS X 10.5, though old machines upgraded from 10.4 to 10.6 would possibly still have Rosetta installed.

The Windows XOPs might run successfully on a 32-bit version of Igor, say Igor 6.3.7.2, but I haven't tested them.

Thanks Jim.  I'll try it out and see if it works in Igor PRO 8 for Inverse Laplace Transform of NMR signals.
