Is there a function in Igor equivalent to XRotate in Matlab, which generates a 3D representation of a complete revolution of a given function?

I don't know of a simple function that does what you want, but here is a previously posted code snippet that might work for you. It generates a parametric surface of revolution for Gizmo display.
