how to make an azimuthal plot from an image

Hello,

I wonder how to make an azimuthal plot in Igor.

I have a binary image, with a known center position of X and Y. I want to make an integration of the intensity from the center and along a complete circle or half of a circle, having a certain radius.

can anyone help me doing that?
