Can't load any general binary file

Can't load any general binary file at all. I used to be able to. Now when I select a file it doesn't change the Path, it does write then file name I selected, and the Do It and all other similar buttons are still grayed out. I tried installing the 6.2 Beta version, I tried to reinstall the 6.12 version, nothing. Works on other machines.

Make sure you have permission to open the file. Make sure there are no strange characters in the file name or path.
If that does not help, I need to know what OS you are on the exact steps you are taking so I can reproduce what you are doing exactly.
