logarithmic colorscale

Hi guys,

I have an image with a certain colorscale and have ticked the log button ('ModifiyImage Image log=1'). Now I want to create a colorscale ('ColorScale image=Image,log=1') with logarithmic ticks. But when I choose logarithmic in the "Add Annotation..." Panel, the ticks are indeed logarithmic but the colorscale itself changes back to linear scaling. Is this a bug or is there a way to avoid this?

Sounds to me like the colorscale is working as designed. The colors shouldn't be bunched up at one end like they would if the colorscale had a linear axis while the image had logarithmic color spacing.

Perhaps you should post more information and a screen shot of the offending ColorScale.

Well, after analyzing the issue I realized: everything alright with the depiction of the colorscales...
