Igor split axes gap

Hi,

I am trying to create a graph with a break Y-axis. I used the "Graph> packages> Split Axes" penal. However, this creates some undesired gaps between axes, as marked by green circles in the uploaded picture. Is there a way I can remove these gaps? Thank you.
Double-click the bottom axis to bring up the Modify Axis dialog. On the Axis tab, un-check the Axis Standoff checkbox at the top left of the Axis box.

Thank you so much for answering!

I have another question regarding the axis ticks. I noticed in the figure I upload that bottom axis tick 0.01 aligns with the left axis. Usually the first tick will be slight offset from the other axis, but the axis line continues. This setting was changed when I broke the axis. Is this the same setting of axis standoff or something else?
I'm afraid I don't understand. Could you post pictures of what you expect, and what is wrong? Or upload an Igor experiment file that I can look at, with the same information about right and wrong.

Sure! Here is the picture shows what happen when I broke the axis. The red circle shows the space that was changed. This automatic change of setting creates a big problem when I try to align two figure, one with normal axis and the other has broken axis.
