How do I delete a graph macro?

The manual page II-52 has a two-liner about it that I do not understand

Find it in the Procedure Window (Cntrl/Command M) and delete it.

It will look something like this:

Window Graph0() : Graph

    PauseUpdate; Silent 1       // building window...

    Display /W=(714,245,1109,453) w
