Access Table/Show options by programming

Hi,

is it possible to change the appearance of a table in a pocedure? Like it is possible in the table/show menu (see attachment).

I want to save a table as a graphic and would like to have this picture without name row, horizontal index row and point column of the table.
As everything else in my data analysis is automated via procedures I don't want to change the table by hand.
