Making 3D plot

I'm quite new with Igor and I'm using Igor Pro 6.0 on Windows 7 pro.
I've been looking through the internet for hours, but I can't even find any information on why I can't plot anything with Gizmo (all greyed out)

How are your data organised? What exactly were you trying to do and how?

If you are really using Igor Pro 6.0 I recommend you update to the latest, 6.22. 3D plotting and its documentation have been improved since 6.0. Choose Help->Updates for Igor. The update is free.

Usually this is because you have 1D waves but Gizmo requires either a matrix wave for a surface plot or a triplet wave for a path plot. This is explained in the help topic referenced above.
