User Tick Labels

Hi,

One tweak to make things a bit easier to manage. Currently two waves are required a text wave with the labels and a second numeric with positions. Can we combine them into a single wave and use row labels of the position wave to house the text for that position. Makes things a touch cleaner needing only one wave.

Another aspect is with a text wave chosen for labels to use _calculated_ for the positions. Reduces the number of waves that need to be generated and takes advantage of the features already in place.

I can see the use of the text wave indexing for the value positions, especially since ticks are usually evenly spaced. Unfortunately, multiple columns of text are used to hold the actual label and another column for names of tick types (like Major and Minor).
