Then with you graph on top, Go back to Misc>Pictures and select the image and press Place Picture in Draw Layer.
The activate tool and the drawing tools. Click on the image (you will need to place the cursor on a black portion or it just reads the background). Once selected place where you like. The with the drawing tools, make a surrounding rectangle and set the fill to none.
Deactivate the drawing tools. I grouped the image and bounding box just to make moving them easier.

Under Misc>Pictures load the image into IP.
