Mouse Cursor Code missing example file in IGOR 6.37?

In the Advanced Topics help file there is a topic on setting the Mouse Cursor using a window hook function, as well as a link to the "Mouse Cursor Control.pxp" example experiment, which I am unable to find in my installation of IGOR (6.37 on a Mac). Also clicking the link in the help file does not do anything.
Is this file missing just on my computer or is this kind of a bug (missing file)?
Could someone give some instructions/example what the various mouse cursorCode(s) do?

However, everything is fine in IP7.02 & IP7.04 (x64).
Attached the file from the IP7 version.
