I am getting error after compiling code which looks like "Duplicate/O $w $destw". I don't know why it is coming because FTMagPhase is in-built program in Igor. I have data set. I would share it if required.Sheet1.txt(16.37 KB)

in IP 7.0.1 in Windows 7 does work here.
