Covariance matrix in multipeak fitting 2.0

I am running multifit peak 2 with voigt peaks applied to some Raman spectra and I I would like to study the parameter correlations among the different peaks-
is there a way to get values for the covariance matrix out of multifit peak 2.0 ?

You could add it- make a copy of the file Multi-peak Fitting 2.ipf (so that you don't modify the shipping version) and add /M=2 flag to the FuncFit command you find in the procedure file.
