If you don't see Misc->Graph Browser then it is possible that your installation is incorrect. Sometimes when people update they wind up with an Igor Pro Folder that contains only the changed files, not the entire installation. So if you don't see Misc->Graph Browser, I recommend that you uninstall and reinstall. The current Igor Pro can be found at http://www.wavemetrics.net/.
Igor 6.1 had a "Graph Browser" similar to the "Data Browser" in Misc -> Graph Browser...
Now I'm using 6.2, and it's disappeared. Can't find anything in the changelog or searching this forum... where has it gone?
I know this is an old post, but here's another possibility. The same thing was happening to me. The cause was I had turned off 'Auto-compile' (Macros->Auto-compile) when working with procedures. Graph Browser and other packages showed up again once I turned Auto-compile back on.
Misc menu:
Choose Misc->Packages->Window Browser.
Then you'll also see Misc->Graph Browser.

hrodstein, thanks, I reinstalled and solved the problem. (Actually by copying a colleague's installation of the same version on the same OS)
