Hair Cursor spans entire graph

Hi,

Is it possible to constrain a hair cursor to only a portion of the graph window. I have a graph window that only spans a fraction of the total area with other graphs beside it.

Xaxis goes from 30%-60% and Y axis goes from 60% to 90%. I would like to put a hair cursor on the graph because I an showing an image and use it to identify the cross sections being shown.

The issue is that the cursor goes across the entire graph area. Can I constrain it to only the axis of interest or should I craft a different solution.
