Adds more path profiling options, restores Igor 8 compatibility

A lot of bug fixes, cleaned up code, and added functionality for viewing line profiles.

Incorporates some code suggestions from Oleg Dyachok to enable calculations in double precision whenever an average is calculated. As a consequence, waves representing the average of a region of interest are saved as double precision, even if the input wave is single precision. Thanks, Oleg, for the suggestions.

Lots of bug fixes, and extended functionality. Please check the settings for customisation options.

Adds package preferences so that settings can be retained. Precision of output waves matches that of hyperspectral data.

Fixes some issues when data wave has scaled x and y dimensions.

Adds a demo function. Execute hyperspec#demo() to test.
