Fast Fitting
For efficient fitting of one-dimensional baselines to large spectroscopic datasets. The Fast Fitting project interfaces with the Baseline Fitting project, but can also be used as a stand-alone user interface for multi-threaded curve-fitting.
Datasets may consist of many one-dimensional waves representing individual spectra, or of 2D or 3D arrays of spectra. Each of the spectra is fit independently. The main advantage of this project is that fitting is multithreaded, so with a powerful processor the fitting is performed very efficiently. Some of the fitting options are specific to baseline fitting for spectroscopic data, and others are more general.
