Website Revamp Scheduled for July 10, 11

Hello Igorians! www.wavemetrics.com and www.igorexchange.com will look very different in the next day or two. We've been combining those two sites into a new Drupal 8 site, folding IgorExchange into WaveMetrics.com. Once the transition happens, visiting www.IgorExchange.com should bring you to www.wavemetrics.com/forum. Accounts on IgorExchange will be transferred to the new forum with your existing forum login name. Because the passwords were encrypted, we can't move them over to the new forum. To reset your password (AFTER the transition):
  1. Visit https://wavemetrics.com/user/password
  2. Enter the email address associated with your IgorExchange account and submit. A new temporary password will be sent to your email address.
  3. You can update the temporary password when you login to the new site at: https://wavemetrics.com/user/login
Any questions about the new site are best sent to webmaster@wavemetrics.com.

Although the old forum site served as good of a purpose as the new site, this one is also okay.

 

There are a few things I have noticed off hand (maybe there is a setting somewhere).

1) New posts cannot be distinguished from old posts (I just saw the reply next to posts).

2) New posts cannot be marked as read.

3) Is there a comment preview option?

4) Signature doesn't appear after post/ reply/ comment?
