Create link to "My projects" for posting somewhere

Is it possible to create a link to the "My projects" page?
So that also non logged in users can see my project list?

No.

The "My projects" page links to http://www.igorexchange.com/project/user, which shows the projects for the user currently logged in. So there's no way for other users to see your projects, regardless of whether or not they are logged in.
