Programmatically change number of digits on info panel

When working with time waves in graphs, it is very useful for the info panel to display 15 digits so the full date and timestamp (including seconds) are easily visible.  However, there does not appear to be a way to programmatically set this value.  I've tried creating a window macro and using Capture Graph Prefs with no luck.  It would be very useful if there was a flag for ShowInfo where we could set the number of digits when enabling the info panel.  Being able to capture this setting with Capture Graph Prefs would also be useful.
