Getwindow: list of hooks?

It would be convenient to have a list of all named window hook functions, for instance by "getwindow winname hooks", which puts a list in S_value. Right now you can only ask for the function corresponding to a hook of which you already know the name. If an unknown graph is encountered, there is no way to figure out what the hooks are.
