Folders for graphs within Igor's Window Browser

Mangum
My problem is that I often have way too many graphs and tables open, so even with the window browser it is hard to find what I am looking for.
My request is to have a way of organizing all of my graphs and tables into folders within Igor's Window Browser.
Of course then it would be perfect to be able to name each folder and possibly include folder notes of what is in each one.
You may also want to investigate a package called Windows Desktops. It allows you to create virtual desktops where you can group windows to hide or show by choice.

The Windows Desktops package is very slick!
Thanks for the tip

AFAIR, the Windows Desktops package was among the first that Adam developed when he was preparing to start at or had just started at Wavemetrics. I continue to wish that the package features might someday be incorporated directly into Igor Pro.
To continue on the need that you express, consider also creating a notebook for each virtual desktop, wherein you summarize what the desktop contains.
Also, in keeping with the need to keep "sticky notes" about stuff, I might also recommend my Window Notes package as a way to add notes to graphs.

In reply to AFAIR, the Windows Desktops… by jjweimer
Several years ago I did the work to essentially build the functionality of my Window Desktops package (https://www.wavemetrics.com/project/ACL_WindowDesktops) into Igor. The interface was slightly janky due to Qt limitations. Also, I solicited feedback from some power users and most were overwhelmingly negative about the idea of adding yet another way to manage windows, etc. So integrating this into Igor will probably never happen.

@Adam ... As long as the package does not fail, we will carry on. Thanks for the background.
