Extended mouse functionality in graphs

1. Wheel Scroll to zoom in and out (with the mouse cursor not on an axis, but in the graph)
1a. Ctrl+Wheel Scroll to zoom only x-axis
1b. Alt+Wheel Scroll to zoom only y-axis

2. Wheel Click and drag to shift traces (instead of long left click)
3. Alt+Wheel Click and drag to scale traces (when there is a reference cursor)

4. Ctrl+Marquee automatically Expands
5. Alt+Marquee automatically Shrinks

6. Ctrl+Left Click to automatically place cursor A on trace
6b. Ctrl+Right Click place cursor B
