Unknown error code 1

Hi all

I have encountered an unknown error in the NIST SANS_Data Analysis
program. I could previously run the fit a curve without any
problem (attached).

But now an unknown error has occured when I use it on a different PC,
it's just not doing the fitting at all and the program didn't explain clearly
what it is.

The only message it gives is "Unknown error code 1(attached)" in the output table for the fitting parameters.

Has anyone got any idea what the problem is?

But what does that mean and how to solve this issue so that it can function properly on the current PC as before?

If you are dealing with very large quantities of data (in the gigabyte range), it might be that you are really running out of memory. To learn about this issue, execute:

Otherwise it will take someone who is intimately familiar with the package to answer your question.
