I am working on a spatial calibration for a spherical toroid and I need to relate pixel distances from an image of the inside of the toroid to physical distances (in toroidal coordinates). I have taken pixel coordinates at several points in the image and can find their physical distances from the camera using CAD drawings.
Yea sorry about that I was wondering if there's anything built into Igor to help with such a spatial calibration and if not what would be the best way to go about translating pixel to physical distances?

I think you may be able to use ImageInterpolate Warp.
