I'd like to plot multiple box plots on a single graph as in the attached pic. I can't seem to find any way to do this easily after reading the manual. I have data that is spread into 5 distinct categorical values. Would the only way to do this be through the creation of a category plot after converting the data into text waves?
Add the package by clicking on Analysis>Packages>Percentiles and Box Plot. Then click on Analysis>Calculate Percentiles. There is a window that will make the box plot for you. Easiest way (assuming your 5 distinct categorical values are 5 1D waves) is to make a graph with your 5 waves. Tell it that replicates are in columns and select box-and-whisker plot from the What to do: dropdown. When you click "do it" it will make the box plot in a new window. Typically after that I make a number wave and text wave to label the x axis.
