Need program used for peak deconvolution

sli2008
The detail problem is that I want to deconvolute the fluorescence decay profiles, which consists the instrument response function and the fluorescence intensity from the sample. Do anyone have experiences on this stuff? Thanks!

Other than this, I am unaware of any other deconvolution packages for Igor Pro.

Ah- you are talking about a single peak? No doubt it is a convolution of some sort of impulse-like shape with an exponential decay. It's possible that Multipeak Fit 2 can still help you, even though it's only a single peak. I would look at the ExpModGauss and the ExpConvExp peak shapes.

Thanks for the information, but I didn't find where to download the procedure in your link, can you send me the download link?

Thanks very much, I will try this soon!

The method that @johnweeks mentions should do better than what I have. AFAIR, I never did generate a revised version of the deconvolution routine, and it is better suited to deconvolve a transmission function from a peak in spectroscopy than an exponential decay curve.
