link all & hold all

this is intended for the Igor wish list

I'd like "link all" and "hold all" buttons added to the Global Analysis window in Global Fit 2. One of my comrades added some code which does this. If desired I'll forward the modified Global Fit 2.ipf file. Would be nice to have it as part of the official package.
