Igor7 Copy/Paste Problem Caused by NetGear NetGenie

An Igor user running the Igor7 beta on Windows recently reported intermittent failure to copy and paste. This did not affect Igor6.

He traced the problem to "NetGear NetGenie" software which comes with NetGear routers but is not required for normal use.

The user was able to make Igor7 copy/paste work by using the Task Manager to kill the NetGear NetGenie process.
