How to put your annotation on to a different wave instead of the top one?

Newbie here.

So I wrote a macro to generate a wave based on data in the first wave and where i put xcsr (using a button). With this button, I also want to display the time at which the data point is on the 2nd graph. However, after writing the textbox code, it appears on the 1st one, rather than the 2nd. Is there a way to change the wave location for annotations programatically?
