Gizmo plot does not show all values

I would really appreciate if anyone knows what the issue is here. I have a 7 column matrix and when I try to create a gizmo plot only the data from the first column is being displayed (other data is displayed as zeros for some reason). I have used a simple one-click method for creating gizmo.

I'd be happy to look into it if you send me a copy of the experiment. It is impossible to tell from the image what choices you made for the surface plot.
