"Edit in Place"

In MS Excel, you can edit the contents of a cell by using the cursors (or mouse) to move the highlight to that cell, then by pressing "F2". Then you don't have to grab the mouse, move the cursor to the top, and THEN start editing the cell.
In Igor, I haven't found this capability.
If I want to edit the value of a few items in a table do I have to mouse-click the "edit field" at the top each time I pick a cell to change?
Thank you!
Sean
No. Just select the cell you want to edit with the arrow keys. Then type the number in and press return.
