Try e-mailing to Jason@thinkrandom.com. Jason is the author of Neuromatic. I don't think Neuromatic supports it directly, but he might know more about it than I would.
It doesn't appear that they have a testbed for the Digidata 1200, though since it is an older model it is possible that one exists but is no longer included on the web page. In any case, Axon would not provide an XOP for use with Igor, just a .dll or code that could make it possible to write an XOP for Igor.
