Custom Image Markers ?

Hello Guys,

I am new to the forums so first of all I would like to thank you for all the great content you've placed here :o). I have one question dealing with the use of custom image markers in Igor. I have some high quality jpg images which I would like to use as markers on graphs but I am not sure how this could be done. Is there a way to place images in graphs using Igor or can it be done in any other way? I read about some of the Image plotting and analysis capabilities of Igor and thought something like this could be done but I haven't been able to find any examples. Thanks in advance for your help guys :o)

I think the way to do this is to load the JPEGs as pictures, then define a custom marker hook function which calls DrawPICT to draw the markers, then set the graph to use custom markers.
