Complex fitting

By which I mean "fitting on the complex plane", not "complicated fitting" :)

I am considering built-in support for complex fitting for Igor 9, but I don't really know much about it. If you have managed to put something together, and it's simple enough for me to follow, perhaps you would be willing to share it with me?
